1. I finally could listen to Zhu Xiao-Mei in a live recital (as she doesn't perform out of France). And she played the emblematic piece of her repertoire: Goldberg Variations (A Live performance can be watched here). It was very nice for a person like me who had never been to a conservatory, to discover that Baroque fingering in real use, which I didn't appreciate much before. And what flexibility...
2. Of course, now I have been to Leonskaja's first and last recitals of this year... But that is not the point. For the first time, I already knew in advance who I would meet in the concerts ^_^ My dearest friends! With one of them it was the first time to meet in person, though we probably knew each other quite enough. And all seated in my reach of sight! (suppose vice-verse) So we lived together a fantastic moment! And it got repeated the second night! Really unforgettable; worthy of waiting... Truly, more than happy!!
